With many years of experience in the industry and operating in Åland, mainland Finland and Sweden, we make sure that your event is memorable, no matter the size and location.

Catering
We will plan the menu with you and tailor it to your wishes. We can also rent out tables and chairs, tableware, glasses and cutlery, tablecloths and napkins. We can supply chefs and waiters on site if you wish. We can also help with planning the programme and decoration and provide graphic assistance in the form of invitation cards, seating maps, menu cards, etc. We can also help with renting tents and cooling trolleys, booking bands and other requests you may have.
Take away food from Smakbyn
Are you organising a birthday party, hen party, stag party or perhaps a funeral coffee? We are happy to help you with that. Suggestions for what we could organise are, for example, a lovely Åland tapas buffet, a traditional “smörgåstårta” or a creamy fish soup with freshly baked bread. We prepare the food and you pick it up yourself in Smakbyn or we deliver it to you. The important thing is that everything is ready so that you can just put the food out and enjoy each other, instead of having to stand in the kitchen yourself. We plan a menu that suits you, according to your wishes.
Hire a chef - in Åland, mainland Finland and Sweden
Would you also like to have Micke Björklund in your own kitchen? You can hire Micke or any of our other talented chefs to come to your home. They can also bring serving staff if you wish. We will work with you to create a menu that suits your taste buds. Then you can sit back and sip a glass of wine while the chefs do the work!
