Private cooking classes
Finally we’ve found dates for Micke to hold cooking classes for foodies! Mark the dates in your calenders and book a course for you and your loved ones.
The courses this autumn will be held on 9.10. and 27.11 at. 17.00!
When the course participants arrive, you will go through the menu and recipes together with the course leader Michael Björklund, which you will receive in a recipe compendium. You will also receive your own apron. Then it’s just a matter of diving into the kitchen and starting to prepare the evening’s supper. Later, you’ll sit down at the table in our cosy restaurant and enjoy the food you’ve prepared with your new friends.
The course takes about 5 hours in total, including cooking and dinner.
Price per person is 165 €. Included is: recipes, apron, course, wine or beer during the course and dinner and of course the meal you prepare. If you wish to do a course without alcohol the price is 135 €.

Group cooking classes
We organise private cooking classes for groups of happy amateurs of 10-20 people under the guidance of Michael Björklund. If you want to come more, it is also possible, but then we alternate a little with some other activity, e.g. beverage tasting as well. You can choose the date and focus of the menu. The price for the course is 200 € in a start up fee for the whole group and 165 € per person.
